The mobility process takes place twice a year, during the fall and spring semesters, and is limited to a single level of higher education. Graduate medical/dental programs, integrated bachelor-master teacher training programs, and integrated master veterinary programs are classified as first-level academic higher education programs. Mobility from a vocational education program to a bachelor’s program is not permitted.
